Kids Class Summer 2018


This class is taught by:
Yoga is great for helping kids improve their proprioception (awareness of the position & movement of the body), balance and focus, whilst interaction with other kids helps decrease stress and behavioural issues.
 
This 4 week course will be a great introduction to get your kids started on their yoga journey!
